All items purchased from Kavon Kandles, LLC/Aroma Beads Online. are made
pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that
the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon
our delivery to the carrier. Kavon Kandles, LLC. and its associates,
Aroma Beads Online makes every possible
attempt to have your product there on time. We cannot
be held liable for shipping services. You are wholly
responsible for total payment of products and shipping.
We are not responsible for your final product. It is
your responsibility to test before purchasing and using.
Not all oils blend properly with the plastic beads. We are
not responsible for the recipe you choose to use or the
conditions or environment you work under. Many things
can affect the final product, including temperature, oils,
location and other products you chose to mix.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
Kavon Kandles, LLC. and its associates,
Aroma Beads Online, attempt to be as
accurate as possible. However, Kavon Kandles, LLC/Aroma Beads Online. does not
warrant that product descriptions or other content of this
site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free. If a product offered by Kavon Kandles,
LLC/Aroma Beads Online. itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to
return it in unused condition. All special order
products will be paid for before production begins.
Any returns will maintain a 15% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT
INFORMATION:
All
monies will be collected up front, including shipping, before
product can be shipped. No Purchase Orders, Letters or
Credit or Credit is allowable. Credit Cards and direct
money transfers should be arranged through your banking
institution but must be verified by our company.
Credit cards must accompany bank name, address and phone
number. No private shipment agents unless approved by
our corporation. All monies WILL BE VERIFIED through your
institution. Credit cards MUST match purchasers name.
Shipping will only be sent to purchasers name and address.
Third party agents are not acceptable.
PRODUCT VARIATION:
Due to the some limitations of suppliers overseas or US
based, some
products may vary slightly in color, size, or decoration
from the images depicted. We will notify you of any drastic
changes in products ordered prior to shipping. International
buyers are responsible for their own internal and exporting
taxes.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also

right to make changes to our site, policies, and these

for any orders under $15.00. This price is reflected
BEFORE shipping. To avoid the fee, you may call in your
