BEFORE shipping. To avoid the fee, you may call in your

within 24-48 hours, however with the holidays upon us sometimes it
may be a day or too longer.

outside of business hours will still be accepted via email and
filled within 2-3 business days. All orders are filled on a
first come first serve basis. Beads are made fresh for each
and every customer. No stale beads sitting on the counter.
Returns: Insurance claims must be made
within 48 hours of found damage. All packages are insured.
